Choose either the Day or Evening Intensive

• Daytime Intensive: 10 am - 1:30 pm
• Evening Intensive: 6:30 pm - 10 pm

There is an option to mix day and evening classes if necessary.

This 'Intensive' is an Exploration of Asana, Pranayama, Philosophy/Symbolism in order to deepen your understanding and to enhance your relationship with your yoga practise. All levels are welcome, and if you have never embarked on such a journey before, take on this challenge and be prepared to experience something very profound, growth-inspiring and meaningful!
