Upcoming Workshop: Sunday February 12, 4-6 p.m.

The weekend workshop, "A Celebration of the Parent-Child Relationship" has been an immensely popular workshop at YogaBuds™ for the past thirteen years. Family members have an opportunity to practice yoga together and experience a magical interaction that grounds them as equal partners. They develop strong bonds as they rely and assist each other in the yoga postures. Movement, storytelling, art-making, music and play are combined with the yoga practice to create a very unique and fun experience.

This workshop is held once or twice per session, and pre-registration is required as space is limited. It is available for all family members, including grandparents!

Cost: $75 + HST per parent/child couple (includes all art materials)
