Bring kids to this fun and creative
workshop introducing them to yoga while exploring metaphors,
games, and visualization for relaxation to become familiar
with this ancient form of wellness. Focus points for this
workshop include: maintaining natural flexibility while strengthening
the body, learning standing postures to develop strength and
support of the spine, experiencing relaxation techniques,
emphasizing correct posture, developing balance and encouraging
concentration. Open to children ages 5 - 13 years.
