As we continue to manage and navigate the enormity and uncertainty of the pandemic, it is more important than ever to prioritize your self-care. This series offers you the very powerful and transformative healing practice to help you cope with these challenging times. This special 4-part yoga series will provide you with concrete tools to cope with COVID-19. It will guide you to soothe fears, anxiety, sadness and other responses you may be experiencing. Each class will have a different theme to help you to manage the pandemic and your physical, emotional and mental states.

Temmi is a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and has been practicing yoga since 1984. She is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, CIYT, and a Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT. In 1990, Temmi was trained in Critical Incidents and Trauma Debriefing and is certified in Sensory-Enhanced Yoga for Self-Regulation and Trauma Healing. Temmi is a registered Art Therapist, ATR, with the American Art Therapy Association and is a freelance artist and calligrapher. Learn more about Temmi here.
