YogaBuds offers unique workshops and training sessions for yoga teachers, yoga therapists and wellness/healthcare professionals. Sessions are taught by Temmi, a certified yoga therapist with IAYT, who grounds each course in decades of experience in the fields of yoga therapy and the creative healing arts.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This course will empower you with the skills, techniques and tools to successfully guide your clients to access their internal locus of control in order to experience pratyahara, a state of inner stillness, and improve self-regulation. Over the course of three days, participants will practice the unique YogaBuds approach and experience first-hand the many benefits it can bring.
The teachings of this course will focus on an exploration of four key therapeutic themes for coping with anxiety. We will explore these exciting topics through a series of lectures, demonstrations, discussions, creative activities and yoga practices.
